Court call for Sayyid ‘Ali Akbar and Sayyid ‘Ali Asghar, the sons of Mirza Muhammad Ibrahim Simsar [the junk dealer] from Shiraz, based on the request made by Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, who is the lawyer of Haji Mahmud Tajir ‘Abaduz [the merchant and tailor of ‘aba], son of Mulla ‘Abd Allah from Shiraz, in order to resolve the dispute about inheritance left from the late Ruqiyyah Baygum, wife of Haji Mahmud Tajir ‘Abaduz, who is Mirza Muhammad Ibrahim Simsar's sister. Giving the power of attorney for divorce and resolving disputes, 1911
Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin should investigate the dispute between Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali and his wife (daughter of Shaykh Muhammad Riza), and Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali's sister and her husband (Haj Shaykh ‘Abd al-Husayn), over the ownership of some household furnishings. Additionally, Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin will witness the divorce of Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali and his wife, and Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali promises not to go back to his wife after the divorce. Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali and Shaykh Muhammad Riza's seals are at the end of the document.

Petition regarding inheritance
Petition written by Haji Muhammadi, Karbalayi Muhammad Karim, Karbalayi Jalil [Khalil?], and Agha Bibi, children of the late Haji Muhammad Ja‘far Razzaz [the rice dealer], to Hujjat al-Islam Aqa-yi Haji, prayer-leader of Fars, in order to resolve the issue of their father's inheritance; now that their oldest brother, Karbalayi ‘Ali, is also deceased, their other brother, Karbalayi Majid, has falsely claimed the ownership of their father’s stable, rice selling store, and bakery.

It begins with quotations from Baha’ Allah and ‘Abd al-Baha’, and includes the importance of the meeting between Tayirah Khanum, Mr. Charles Mason Remey, and Mr. Sydney on uniting west and east under the Baha'i faith; at the end of their talk, they told Tayirah Khanum about American women, and Tayirah Khanum took off her pearl necklace and handed it to Mr. Remey to give it to the American women. This pearl necklace was given to Tayirah Khanum by Malakah Iran, sister of Muzaffar al-Din Shah. It also includes a list of Baha’i women who hold meetings in different cities in Iran.
